| After some research and some test rides, Ye Olde Webmeister treated himself to a Cannondale Quick 5 hybrid in March 2011. He did upgrade the pedals to alloy cage, sealed bearing units with toe clips before leaving the store. The intent is to improve fitness and ideally, leave a few ounces of blubber here and there along area rail trails. |
| As of mid-July 2011, the machine is past the 500 mile mark, and amazingly, a few pounds have disappeared - the plan may be working! |
